Our Claims Assessors have years of experience helping timeshare owners nullify their contracts and evaluating compensation claims.

It’s not only current timeshare owners which we can help, we can also assist ex-timeshare owners with a compensation claim.

Every timeshare ownership is different so in the first instance, a Claims Assessor will contact you to discuss your concerns and specific details.  The team will evaluate your claim based on:

  • The ownership
  • When it was purchased
  • What was paid at the point of purchase
  • What was paid within 90 days of the purchase date
  • How the purchase was made, i.e. credit card, finance, etc
  • The current maintenance fees
  • The term of the contract
  • Your personal & financial circumstances
  • The reason(s) you wish to exit your ownership

Once we have discussed the above with you, we can fully advise the best options available to you – both in terms of nullifying your contract and financial liabilities from that day onwards and the potential compensation you may be due.

Very important: We cannot guarantee that an exit or nullification of your contract will be achieved. This will depend, amongst other things, on whether there are legal grounds to terminate the timeshare contract. Also, even if there is an exit based on the specialist letter, we cannot entirely rule out the possibility that the timeshare resort will not sue you thereafter. However, you will be able to obtain indemnification against this happening. Please ask us about this.
