It’s always great to hear from those we’ve helped get out of their timeshare.

Mrs Rodgers initially called us in summer 2017 from Mexico, concerned about a timeshare contract in which she’d mistakenly got tangled. We were able to offer her advice over the phone without the need for a face to face meeting; advice that allowed her to get out of the timeshare commitment quickly and easily.

Here’s what Mrs Rodgers had to say about her experience:

“I was on my last couple of days holiday in Mexico and I had just made the mistake of getting involved with timeshare. I honestly thought I was going to have a nervous breakdown as I had no idea how to get out of it. I spoke to an advisor, Sarah at Timeshare Compensation, who was absolutely brilliant. I actually spoke to her while I was still in Mexico as I did not think I was going to be able to sort it and was so upset, but purely down to Sarah, for the advice she gave me, we have now received the confirmation of cancellation through from the timeshare company. Not only that, she even called me when I got home to check that everything was okay. Had we not have received the cancellation notice through, we would have absolutely without a doubt used the timeshare compensation service to sort it out as it is clearly a fantastic company.” – Mrs Rodgers 28/07/17

It is a relief to hear that Mrs Rodgers was able to cancel without any fuss based on the advice we offered her. We would, of course, been there to help her every step of the way had it not gone quite so smoothly, as we do with everyone who comes to us for help.
